适用范围
本标准规定了铁路车辆或其他各种轨道车辆内部噪声级和频谱的测量条件,以便获得可再现和可比较的测量结果。但不包括运行中的轨道维护车辆。
本标准适用于:
———型式试验;
———周期性监督检验;
———常规噪声测试。
结果可用于:
———表征这些车辆的内部噪声;
———比较特定轨道路段不同车辆的内部噪声。
本标准规定的测试方法一般为工程级(2级,准确度为±2dB),其中加速或减速测试规定的方法为简易级。按GB/T19052的规定,工程级是作为噪声公示优先采用的等级。
本标准描述了诸如启动、加速、减速和定置等不同运行条件下的测试。所选运行条件由相关授权机构或列车所属单位或运行单位决定,不要求在所有条件下进行测试。
本标准不涉及次声和语言信息可懂度。
