【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthe—presenceofcolourlesschromateconversioncoatings;—presenceandquantityofhexavalentchromiumincolourlessandcolouredcoatingsonzinc,cadmium,aluminium(55%massfraction)-zincandzinc-aluminium(5%massfraction)alloys;—totalchromiumcontentperunitareaonzincandcadmium;—massperunitareaofbothcolourlessandcolouredcoatings;—satisfactoryadhesionofchromateconversioncoatings;—qualityofchromatecoating.Thesemethodsareapplicable—tocolourlessandcolouredchromateconversioncoatingscontainingtri-andhexavalentchromiuminvaryingproportionsandproducedbyeitherchemicalorelectrochemicalprocesses;—onlytochromatecoatingsthatarefreefromanysupplementarycoatingssuchasoil,waterorsolvent-basedpolymersorwax.note:1)Theapplicationofverythin,colourless,practicallyinvisiblechromateconversioncoatingsisfrequentlycalled"passivation",whiletheapplicationofthicker,colouredchromateconversioncoatingsisoftencalled"chromating".Thetermpassivationisnotcorrectandis,therefore,notrecommended.

【摘要】:ISO15876-3:2003specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsforpolybutylene(PB)pipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations,withinbuildings,fortheconveyanceofwaterwhichmayormaynotbeintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orforheatingsystems,underdesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication.Itcoversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressureclasses.Itdoesnotapplyifthevaluesofthedesigntemperature,maximumdesigntemperatureandmalfunctiontemperatureareinexcessofthosegiveninISO15876-1.Italsospecifiestheparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO15876,itisapplicabletofittingsmadefromPBandtofittings,madefromothermaterials,intendedtobefittedtopipesconformingtoISO15876-2togivejointsconformingtotherequirementsofISO15876-5.Itisalsoapplicabletofittingsmadefromalternativematerialswhich,whenfittedtopipesconformingtoISO15876-2,givejointsconformingtotherequirementsofISO15876-5.Itisapplicabletofittingsofthefollowingtypes:socketfusionfittingselectrofusionfittingsmechanicalfittingsfittingswithincorporatedinserts.
