【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofstatica.c.uninterruptiblepowersupplies(UPSs)foruseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).Thisguideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.Otherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisguide.ThisguidecoversUPSsconsistingofrectifiers,batteries,inverters,transferswitchesandbypassswitches.ThisequipmentusuallyformspartofeitheracentralisedorunitUPSsystemfordutiessuchascomputer,controlandinstrumentation,etc.,supplies.Foradditional,orspecific,requirementsforbatteriesandbatterychargersrefertotherelevantguidesinthisseries.Theequipmentcoveredbythisguideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.Thisguideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:—theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;—predictedperformanceisachieved;—ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;—reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;—properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.Thisguidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:—anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;—anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.Thisguidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisguidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11904specifiesbasicframeworkmeasurementmethodsforsoundimmissionfromsoundsourcesplacedclosetotheear.Thesemeasurementsarecarriedoutwithamanikin,equippedwithearsimulatorsincludingmicrophones.Themeasuredvaluesaresubsequentlyconvertedintocorrespondingfree-fieldordiffuse-fieldlevels.Theresultsaregivenasfree-fieldrelatedordiffuse-fieldrelatedequivalentcontinuousA-weightedsoundpressurelevels.Thetechniqueisdenotedthemanikintechnique.ThispartofISO11904isapplicabletoexposuretosoundfromsourcesclosetotheear,forexampleduringequipmenttestsorattheworkplacetosoundfromearphonesorhearingprotectorswithaudiocommunicationfacilities.ThispartofISO11904isapplicableinthefrequencyrangefrom20Hzto10kHz.Forfrequenciesabove10kHz,ISO11904-1canbeused.
