【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC14598introducestheotherparts.ItprovidesanoverviewoftheotherpartsandexplainstherelationshipbetweenISO/IEC14598andthequalitymodelinISO/IEC9126.ThispartofISO/IEC14598definesthetechnicaltermsusedintheotherparts,containsgeneralrequirementsforspecificationandevaluationofsoftwarequalityandclarifiesthegeneralconcepts.Additionally,itprovidesaframeworkforevaluatingthequalityofalltypesofsoftwareproductandstatestherequirementsformethodsofsoftwareproductmeasurementandevaluation.ISO/IEC14598isintendedforusebydevelopers,acquirersandindependentevaluators,particularlythoseresponsibleforsoftwareproductevaluation.TheevaluationresultsproducedfromtheapplicationofISO/IEC14598canbeusedbymanagersanddevelopers/maintainerstomeasurecompliancetorequirementsandtomakeimprovementswherenecessary.Theevaluationresultscanalsobeusedbyanalyststoestablishtherelationshipsbetweentheinternalandexternalmetrics.Processimprovementpersonnelcanusetheevaluationresultstodeterminehowprocessescanbeimprovedthroughstudyandexaminationoftheproject'sproductqualityinformation.NOTEMuchoftheguidanceinISO/IEC14598isnotspecifictosoftware,butisalsoapplicabletoothercomplexproducts.
