【摘要】:TheTechnicalSpecificationgivesguidancefor—evaluationofmeasurementuncertaintiesusingdataobtainedfromstudiesconductedinaccordancewithISO5725-2:1994;—comparisonofcollaborativestudyresultswithmeasurementuncertainty(MU)obtainedusingformalprinciplesofuncertaintypropagation(seeClause14).ISO5725-3:1994providesadditionalmodelsforstudiesofintermediateprecision.However,whilethesamegeneralapproachmaybeappliedtotheuseofsuchextendedmodels,uncertaintyevaluationusingthesemodelsisnotincorporatedinthepresentTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicableinallmeasurementandtestfieldswhereanuncertaintyassociatedwitharesulthastobedetermined.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotdescribetheapplicationofrepeatabilitydataintheabsenceofreproducibilitydata.ThisTechnicalSpecificationassumesthatrecognized,non-negligiblesystematiceffectsarecorrected,eitherbyapplyinganumericalcorrectionaspartofthemethodofmeasurement,orbyinvestigationandremovalofthecauseoftheeffect.TherecommendationsinthisTechnicalSpecificationareprimarilyforguidance.Itisrecognizedthatwhiletherecommendationspresenteddoformavalidapproachtotheevaluationofuncertaintyformanypurposes,itisalsopossibletoadoptothersuitableapproaches.Ingeneral,referencestomeasurementresults,methodsandprocessesinthisTechnicalSpecificationarenormallyunderstoodtoapplyalsototestingresults,methodsandprocesses.
