【摘要】:Replacement:Thispart2-2ofIEC61558appliestostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpoly-phases,air-cooledcontroltransformersassociatedorotherwisehavingaratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.or1415Vripplefreed.c.andratedfrequencynotexceeding500Hzandnolimitationoftheratedoutput.Thisstandardisapplicabletotransformersusedbetweencircuitswheredoubleorreinforcedinsulationisnotrequiredbytheinstallationrulesorbytheequipmentspecification.Thisstandardisapplicabletodrytypetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.NOTE1-Normally,thesetransformersareintendedtobeassociatedwithequipmenttoprovidevoltagesdifferentfromthesupplyvoltageforthefunctionalrequirementoftheequipment.Thesafetyinsulationmaybeprovided(orcompleted)byotherfeaturesoftheequipment,suchasthebody.Partsofoutputcircuitsmaybeconnectedtotheinputcircuitortoprotectiveearth.NOTE2-Fortransformersfilledwithliquiddielectricorpulverisedmaterial,suchassand,additionalrequirementsareunderconsideration.NOTE3-Inlocationswherespecialenvironmentalconditionsprevail,particularrequirementsmaybenecessaryinaccordancewithIEC60364-5-51.

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisusedtomeasurethebacterialfiltrationefficiency(BFE)ofmedicalfacemaskmaterials,employingaratiooftheupstreambacterialchallengetodownstreamresidualconcentrationtodeterminefiltrationefficiencyofmedicalfacemaskmaterials.1.2Thistestmethodisaquantitativemethodthatallowsfiltrationefficiencyformedicalfacemaskmaterialstobedetermined.Themaximumfiltrationefficiencythatcanbedeterminedbythismethodis99.9%.1.3Thistestmethoddoesnotapplytoallformsorconditionsofbiologicalaerosolexposure.Usersofthetestmethodshouldreviewmodesforworkerexposureandassesstheappropriatenessofthemethodfortheirspecificapplications.1.4Thistestmethodevaluatesmedicalfacemaskmaterialsasanitemofprotectiveclothingbutdoesnotevaluatematerialsforregulatoryapprovalasrespirators.Ifrespiratoryprotectionforthewearerisneeded,aNIOSH-certifiedrespiratorshouldbeused.Relativelyhighbacterialfiltrationefficiencymeasurementsforaparticularmedicalfacemaskmaterialdoesnotensurethatthewearerwillbeprotectedfrombiologicalaerosolssincethistestmethodprimarilyevaluatestheperformanceofthecompositematerialsusedintheconstructionofthemedicalfacemaskandnotitsdesign,fitorfacialsealingproperties.1.5UnitsThevaluesstatedinSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformanceofthestandard.1.6Thistestmethoddoesnotaddressbreathabilityofthemedicalfacemaskmaterialsoranyotherpropertiesaffectingtheeaseofbreathingthroughthemedicalfacemaskmaterial.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
